There are a number of things to take into consideration when choosing your merch.
How quickly do you need it? This is a big one! Not all merch is created equal in terms of availability, time it takes to manufacture, and delivery time. Depending on what you choose, your merch could literally come from across the world, which can take time. From experience, we generally have an idea of how long something might take, but if you need something really quickly, we need to look at options that can arrive in time for your deadline.
The ‘B’ word. Also an important part of the equation. How much you can spend is one thing. But the quality and quantity of merch may be limited by your budget. You might want a specialty item for a select group of people, with a higher cost per unit. Or, for the same budget, you might want merch for hundreds of people, at a lower cost per unit.
