Branding

New companies need to build and define their brand identity, as well as roll out an initial brand strategy. Existing brands need to be updated occasionally, and changing trends and technology often demand a brand to be developed in new ways, or for new guidelines to be implemented. 

Our team can help build and refine your brand. We’ll also carefully evaluate the consistency of your brand across all mediums — ensuring consistency is key to developing and maintaining a strong consumer base.

Sales

At the 10,000 foot level, or the strategic level, we can develop your company’s big-picture sales strategies. It’s important not to get lost in the weeds before you know exactly where you’re headed — you never know how much time or energy you’ll lose before stepping out to regain your bearings.

Once you have a solid direction in place, it’s time to hone the tools and talent you’ll need to get there. At the ground level, or the tactical level, we can build training curriculums that serve your short-term objectives, and we can deliver these trainings in-person at your location.

Marketing Strategy

Creating a marketing strategy is a lot more than allocating a budget and choosing a couple of vendors. People often lose sight of the key word here: strategy. You need to be strategic with designing and executing your marketing plan, and many times this requires the help of an experienced third party. We commonly see clients commit to a marketing plan for the year, but if sales fall flat in January, they panic and start making hasty, ad hoc decisions.

Adjustment and balance are facts of life when it comes to meeting short-term goals, but no decisions will truly be made in the best interest of a business without first considering the long-term goals of the brand and marketing plan. Workshops

Our team can facilitate on-site workshops and strategy sessions to help revitalize your team and refocus your action plan. Sometimes you don’t need a lot of help with strategy or details, but you need a little pick-me-up. In these cases, a guided workshop is a great shot in the arm. You’ll have the freedom to fully engage with your team while we steer the ship and manage the details. We typically run 2-hour, 4-hour and 8-hour sessions, and we’re happy to customize one to your specific needs.
